Project C34 – The First Project of the Darak Ekhtiyarak Initiative
Project C34 represents the first launch of the Darak Ekhtiyarak initiative, a real estate initiative aimed at redefining the concept of property ownership through development at cost price. Participants receive a premium residential unit without bearing the traditional real estate developer's profit margin, with the application of the highest standards of transparency and governance in all stages of the project.
The project is located on Plot C34 within the 4th District – Beit Al-Watan – Fifth Settlement, one of the most distinguished and sought-after neighborhoods in New Cairo. It features a strategic location close to the most important axes and main roads, making it a real opportunity for both living and investment.
The project was built on a 600-square-meter plot of land with a North-facing (Bahri) orientation, providing excellent natural ventilation and lighting for most units throughout the day. The building consists of a ground floor and three typical floors, with a design featuring only two apartments per floor, which provides a higher level of privacy and quiet compared to high-density buildings.
The project includes 8 residential units distributed as follows:
6 units on the typical floors with an area of 210 m² per unit.
2 units on the ground floor with an area of 178 m² per unit, in addition to a private garden of 125 m², to provide a residential experience that combines spaciousness with the privacy of a garden.
